Balance and the Central Channel
We had a great session at our Tuesday meditation meeting. We learned about the Central Nervous system and specifically the central channel also known as the parasympathetic nervous system. It is very important to achieve balance in our subtle system during meditation because it allows our Kundalini to rise and put us on the path towards attaining and sustaining peace and joy throughout the day. This comes with patience and practice of the techniques learned in our meditation classes. It is important to continue this practice at home as well.
