Join us for a free ten week course

to learn how to meditate and bring balance to your life!

 

Innocence, creativity, peace, confidence, lack of guilt, and forgiveness can all be achieved by meditating for ten minutes every day. 

Our classes are teaching Sahaja Yoga, a method of meditation available to all ages.

It can be done on a chair or sitting on the ground with minimum physical activity.
